Summary


We are hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager for our Healthcare division. This role offers you the autonomy to do your job, build long-term relationships with clients, bring in new business, and collaborate across the organization to achieve more together. If you have relationship management and credit experience serving senior housing, hospitals/health systems, physician practices and medical ancillary services, we would like to talk to you.

About the Role


Generating new business and adding new names to our portfolio inspires and excites you. You will analyze and validate 3rd party market information to relate the risk and mitigation of loans, while your credit acumen and knowledge of lending will help you get deals approved.

You will use your analytical skills to do complex analysis, and your knowledge of investments, treasury, credit, and underwriting will position you as a respected advisor for our clients. Our credit team performs the initial underwriting, and you'll protect our balance sheet by monitoring credit performance, portfolio and communicating risk to management and credit administration. You will add value by maximizing the long term net present value of relationships in the portfolio that is developed.

You will identify opportunities to expand and add value to other lines of business within the bank. The role's national scope will have you traveling across the United States. Travel varies from month to month and could be heavy at times.

How You'll Spend Your Time



  • You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects, markets and develop new business.

  • You'll use your financial and analytical insights to understand data to make informed decisions.

  • You will use your business and credit acumen to get deals approved.

  • You will use your expertise on the lending side to structure loans, mitigate and identify risk, and keep us in regulatory compliance.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Generate new business and cross-sell to existing clients to produce revenue for the bank.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: Leverage excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity to relate to any audience and build trust.

CREDIT APTITUDE: Examine your client's creditworthiness to alleviate risk and make informed decisions.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS: Be tech-savvy to validate and analyze 3rd party data for projects across the entire US, including local, macro and micro economic trends, and demographic data.

COMMUNICATION: You'll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients, including C-level audiences.

COLLABORATIVE: Enjoy working in teams and across departments with a proficiency to follow-up and follow-through.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL: You must be thorough and accurate in everything you do to improve workplace productivity, efficiency, and performance

Education & Experience Requirements


Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in a commercial lending environment or 9-11 years' equivalent experience.
