Execute all requests and processes to maintain operational records with strong precision
Proactively review and investigate requests from internal/external customers to ensure issues are found and resolved promptly to produce the best customer experience
Provide exceptional support to suppliers and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth new item and supplier onboarding experience
Assist in implementation, testing, and validating data and systems
Support with the production of catalog publications
Perform data quantitative and qualitative analysis
Establish and maintain standard working procedures
Identify effective ways to store information that adheres to Sarbanes-Oxley controls
Work with cross-functional teams in understanding their priorities and impacts driven by changes in Item Enterprise

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, or a similar field.
Minimum two years of related business experience, with a solid understanding of data structures
