Roles & Responsibilities:

• Associate should possess Strong knowledge in Java and its associated skills should be able to interact with the client for business requirements and transfer the knowledge to the offshore team


• He should possess strong communication skills 


• Should attend client meetings and provide status updates to the client on weekly basis


• Track the offshore delivery and provide support on need basis and ensure that all incidents related to the supported applications are resolved in a timely manner


• Must be willing and able to express new ideas concerns and opinions directly to wider team in team meetings face to face and via remote working tools


• Should have strong skills in SQL server


• Solid understanding of development methodologies like agile scrum Kanban extreme programming waterfall iterative etc.

Required Skills:

• Strong Java Application Developer


• Excellent Knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, Rest, Spring MVC, ANSI SQL


• Strong analytical skill and learn quickly


• Should be able to satisfy the project requirement


• Ability to help debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks

Desirable skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field or Prior Work Experience in the Specific domain will be added as advantage
