Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admittance to a State Bar
10+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department
Demonstrated expertise in general corporate law and governance
Knowledge of employee benefit laws, employment laws and data privacy laws
Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, client agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor agreements
