Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is a family owned organization, specializing in community-based mental health services. We are looking to add a dedicated and enthusiastic behavior technician to our team!
Job Duties

Implement 1:1 ABA interventions programs to children
Complete daily documentation
Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans
Collect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs, such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral software (e.g., Lauris Online)
Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and/or group sessions
Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
Any other job duties as assigned by the supervisor and other administrator
