Scope of Role & Complexity
• Develop written communication and coordinate/participate in process improvement projects or initiatives, either directly or in support of department managers.
• Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity, requiring some experience in, and knowledge of, department activities and goals
• Applies skills and adapts procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments

Role Description
• Monitor and document Field Sales HLA performance by conducting mystery shop calls to review quality, identify strengths and deficiencies, and ensure accuracy of regulatory compliance, and critical policy and procedure attributes.
• Promote a culture that is quality and process improvement oriented by bringing to the attention of management practices that may adversely affect the quality of loan files, customer experience or otherwise puts the bank at risk.
• Enters quality information for tracking and reporting
• Ensures all quality-related requests are completed accurately
• Follows documented quality policies and procedures as well as detailed instruction from quality manager
This job family covers incumbents responsible for conducting activities that ensure that systems, processes, or projects meet defined quality standards. Analyzes quality results and suggests solutions to problems. May participate in the development of process improvement initiatives. Partners with Sales and other internal teams to drive quality metrics. May identify improvement opportunities. Assists in the development of monitoring standards.
**Work Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday**
