The Evaluation Data Specialist will provide foundational support for K20 Center field staff as they deliver services to school and community partners. The specialist will print, organize, and package materials and facilitate planning activities for field staff. Additionally, the specialist will serve as the primary contact in gathering, preparing, and data entry for participant registration, IRB informed consent decisions, and evaluation information.

Required Education: GED/High School Grad or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:

• 6-12 months clerical experience

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information


• Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff


• Able to produce reports and complete work within deadlines


• Able to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives


• General office skills such as multi-line phone, copying, filing, faxing, and mail


• Customer service

• None

Advertised Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to engage in repetitive motions and communicate effectively.

Departmental Preferences:

• Demonstrated experience in working with research or evaluation data

Supervision: No Supervisory Duties
