We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with full-stack development experience. This position will be responsible for new development and maintenance/support of End User Services applications.


  • Learn – Develop and demonstrate understanding of product requirements and user needs in the context of business goals. Collaborate in problem solving.

    • Uses industry standard programming techniques to translate requirements and designs into code.

    • Analyze and solve problems in existing systems.

    • Design, code and test multiple modules of a system in a timely manner.

    • Assists in developing and interpreting requirements.



  • Define and Design – Contribute to solution design and problem solving with team and customer.  Refine and improve on designs.

  • Develop and Integrate – Demonstrate efficient use of coding language best practices, tools, and techniques including development and support of 3rd party integrations.

  • Promote Standards – Adopt and advance team-wide use of application standards (Security, Accessibility, etc.) and best practices.

  • Advocate for Quality – Advance team quality and documentation, participate in testing.

  • Participates in unit, system and acceptance testing by designing tests, building test data, test execution and evaluation.Along with recommending/making improvements/fixes to the tested system.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline

  • Excellent programming skills

  • Good Java skills with 5+ years’ experience and understanding of the fundamentals

  • Expert in React/Redux/MaterialUI/NextJS

  • Web application development experience (JavaScript, ESS+Es6, JQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS)

  • Spring Framework (MVC, core, security, boot), RESTful web services

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
