Job Description

The Finance Manager / Sr. Manager will be responsible for managing Agility Segment FP&A process as part of Finance Center of Excellence (fCOE) function by comprehensive and accurate financial analysis and reporting that enhances executive management’s decision making and effectiveness in achievement of segment financial and business goals.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

• Analyze / review the Segment financials, be responsible for management reporting / analysis, and translate into executive-level briefings that articulate issues and drive actionable responses


• Ensure accuracy in the insight / information provided to the business partners


• Support in preparing executive-level presentations for forecast / BOD reviews


• Create standard tools and methods of collecting and disseminating key financial data


• Perform advanced analytics, modeling, and data mining to develop insights to constructively support business partners in the decision-making process


• Manage segment forecast and strategic planning process


• Ensure cash flow and working capital management is optimized


• Standardization of process across Business Units around claims management, pricing, NWC, E&O reporting, etc.


• Play a catalyst role in adding value to the business partners by way of sharing and implementing industry best practices in finance processes / concepts


• Facilitate continuous improvement processes for the analysis of business and financial data and related conclusions and recommendations.


• Provide support as needed to Business leaders in creating and delivering standardized non-financial metrics related to Segment operations.


• Construct detailed financial models to support the investment decision-making process

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA/CPA/CMA preferred, plus 5-7 years of progressive experience in contracts, pricing, assets, forecasting, reporting, and analysis within a large multi-national/multi-Segmental organization


• Proficiency in analyzing qualitative data and paying strong attention to details.


• Ability to communicate well with all levels of management / diverse set of stakeholders / colleagues in a multicultural, multinational environment.           


• Keeping up to date on Finance IT knowledge and emerging technologies.
