Job Description:

This position is responsible for supporting the Remediation Program as they document requirements, track communications for audit purposes, create and refine technical Standard Operating Procedures, and create user Job Aids and Quick References based on process and subject matter.

This position reports to the Client Services Dedicated Training Manager and is a member of the Dedicated Remediation Team.  The Technical Writer will work closely on a day to day basis with the Dedicated Training Specialist, the Program Management Office, and Remediation Project Leadership.

Responsibilities:

  Liaison with stakeholders to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Project Leadership and organizational personnel to become familiar with pertinent requirements, technologies, processes, and methods

  
  


• 
  

  Study controlling requirements and source documents and observe operational activities to determine operating procedures and detail

  
  


• 
  

  Organize material and create written documentation according to team, program, and corporate standards

  
  


• 
  

  Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or organizational personnel

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain records and files of work and revisions

  
  


• 
  

  Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, content, and delivery method

  
  


• 
  

  Design diagrams and charts to illustrate material

  
  

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• 
  

  Extensive experience writing detailed technical documentation (2+ years)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analysis and research skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects, with changing priorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically.

  Ability to express complex technical and abstract concepts effectively both verbally and in writing.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
