As a Barista you will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing fast, quality, customer service.

You will be responsible the following job duties:

* Perform 5 star guest service at all times

* Greeting every guest with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back

* Taking orders, preparing and serving beverages

* Ensuring proper food and sanitation procedures are followed

* Expected to perform outstanding Guest Service, including learning about and educating our Guests about the world of specialty coffee

* Prepare quality products including coffee and non-coffee beverages with the use of an espresso machine, blenders and other equipment assisting in beverage preparation

* Baristas will also be expected to perform basic housekeeping duties, and learn basic cash handling, POS and Computer skills

Baristas are expected to perform 5 Star Guest Service, including learning about and educating our Guests about the world of specialty coffee.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 16 years of Age

* Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced environment
