Reporting to the PMO Director and VP - Product our Project Manager II is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of software implementation projects for Data Cloud Solutions. This role prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, and communicates status updates to clients and DCS management.


Requirements:



  • Eight (8) years of related Project Management experience or ten (10) years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in business, or computer sciences, or computer-related field preferred.

  • Prior experience within the following areas:

    • Configuring software or an understanding of relational database management systems.

    • Working in an environment where time management and tracking were required.

    • Developing,creating, and maintainingdynamic e-learning content.

    • Familiar with e-learningdesign software and instructional design concepts.

    • Evolving e-learning contentover time using:

      • Knowledgelearnedthrough customerinteractions.

      • Leveragingdocumentedsupport cases.



    • Ability to maintain strategic relationships with various internal and external parties such as clients, vendors, employees, and executives.

    • Strong written and verbal skills; including the ability to present technical issues to a non-technical audience.

    • Strong understanding of the software implementation project lifecycle.

    • Results-driven with a proven ability to project a positive, professional attitude.

    • Communicate changes effectively, builds commitment and overcomes resistance, prepares and support those affected by the change.

    • Proven ability to resolve problems, present solutions, and build consensus.

    • Professional self-starter: able to develop and maintain project management skill set and product knowledge.

    • Able to work collaboratively and lead others in a team setting.

    • Strong organization and planning skills.

    • Knowledge or expertise in Mass Appraisal, County Auditor/Assessor, or Treasurer office, is ideal.

    • Prior history of providing software support for a CAMA environment or familiarity with property tax valuation software, is preferred.




Responsibilities:



  • Lead multiple, concurrent client projects.

  • Set and manage client expectations throughout the project.

  • Effectively communicate with the client, DCS project team, and other departments to ensure all project requirements and milestones are understood and delivered according to the project plan.

  • Identify resources needed and assigns tasks in accordance with the project schedule.

  • Effectively utilize each team member to his/her fullest potential.

  • Adhere to the project scope, deadlines, and schedules.

  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

  • Coordinate documentation of the completed project.
