PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE WORKERS

Join our team at our Madison location, as a Production Associate and have the opportunity to operate various types of equipment to help meet production goals while working in a safe environment.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with paid vacation days starting day one! And, employees are paid overtime for any hours over 8, worked in a day.

What You Will Do In Your Role

*Learning to operate various machines throughout the mill

*Adjusting to changing work schedules to meet business demands

*Removing sawdust and other debris from production equipment

*Assisting team members throughout the mill as needed

*Performing tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to 12 hours/day in a loud/noisy, hot, humid, dusty, greasy and high-volume environment

*Pulling and lifting plywood, panels, or scraps that could be up to 25 lbs

*Willing and able to meet the physical and safety requirements of the job

What Will Put You Ahead

Preferred Requirements:

*High school diploma or GED

*Six months or more of work experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, construction, military, or warehouse environment.

*Experience working in the wood products industry
