We are looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to join the Global Talent Programs and Operations team as we scale processes and initiatives across the globe. Through collaboration and problem solving across HR and the business, this role will enable the team to be able to place the best talent into the right roles at the right time to move our business and people's lives to exciting new chapters.

The Talent Operations Specialist will collaborate within their own team and across other functions in HR including, but not limited to: Legal/Compliance, HR Systems, Recruiters, Global Talent Acquisition Leadership, HR Leadership and HR Communications. Immediate focus for this role will include being responsible for maintaining the candidate experience initiatives and interviewing scheduling processes. There is the exciting opportunity to be able to help design and implement enhancements and rollout new processes for interview scheduling globally. The successful candidate will be optimistic, solution-oriented, eager to learn, and resilient.

Responsibilities:

    Defines and implements standards and best practices to foster collaboration and efficiencies across teams.
  • Provide and manage resources to facilitate and enhance the value and quality of talent acquisition and HR delivery (i.e., SharePoint sites, training/learning, knowledge sharing, etc.).

  • Schedule interviews for all Executive level roles or other positions, as needed or assigned.

  • Acts as the liaison with external vendors.

  • Proactively reviews current procedures, structures, and programs and initiates changes.

  • Assists in training and onboarding new staff.

  • Reviews, analyzes, and synthesizes policies, processes, and guidance documents to facilitate understanding and usage by the business.

  • Leverages internal knowledge of corporate tools/systems, processes/procedures, methodologies, and best practices to support the business.

  • Acts as a resource to team as related to specialized area; coordinates with team to implement programs that meet the needs of the business unit.

  • Create and produce business reports and analysis on relevant areas of the organization and share them with appropriate stakeholders.

  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement and documentation

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system

  • Experience training others on process/system updates

  • Experience managing candidate interviews

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience working with external vendors

  • Experience managing/facilitating operations on a Recruiting Coordination team

  • Experience working with global partners

  • Certification or training in Project Management and/or Change Management
