As a Real Estate Specialist, you'll handle commercial real estate closings including the selection, price negotiation and approval of third party reports including title commitments, environmental assessments and surveys. You'll also review third party reports and resolve title issues, environmental concerns or survey exceptions.
Essential Functions
- Work directly with CRE Servicing Supervisor and close working relationship with CRE Manager, attorneys, borrowers, relationship managers, general contractor, inspecting architect and title company during the commercial loan construction process. - Responsible for administering construction draw process including but not limited reviewing mechanic lien searches, inspection reports, loan budget comparison, submit for approval the draw funding, verifying the work was processed accurately, and update pipeline and commitment balance spreadsheets. - Resolve any issues that arise during the construction loan phase. - Provide CRE Servicing Supervisor, CRE Manager, Relationship Manager and CRE Real Estate Closing Specialist with technical expertise and communicate bank policies for customer presentation of the draw process. - Administers and reconciles accounts receivable general ledger account - Supports department with customer relations, including but not limited to, processes advances & payments, direct collection of deposits, wire transfers, overdrafts, fraud, etc. - Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. - 5+ years experience in banking with commercial or residential real estate, title company, or legal and financial background preferred. Time Type: Full time
