Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key player on the Americas (AMR) Marketing team. This individual will provide assistance to the Digital team by helping develop email marketing and marketing automation programs in Pardot/Salesforce.

The Digital Marketing Specialist - Marketing Automation role is ideal for an agile, self-starter who can work cross-functionally to help the Digital team maintain alignment of digital marketing goals, nurture/drip email strategy, inbound efforts as well as building email programs, meeting deadlines, pulling metrics, and SFDC reporting.

Responsibilities


  • Understand and elevate digital marketing strategies from resident AMR Digital Team.

  • Create email campaigns in Pardot for regional marketing activities including nurture and drip email campaign flows as well as setting up the audience segments, criteria, suppression rules, etc.

  • Utilize existing Pardot email templates and HTML to build emails.

  • Support metrics and SFDC reporting requests.

  • Help manage email campaign metrics, SCID and Cookie creation, reporting, and performance insight tracking.  

  • Assist with 3rd party, lead gen importing from virtual events to Pardot DB and SalesForce CRM.

  • Help build marketing program performance dashboards in Tableau.

  • Provide webinar support including recording speaker presentations and program set-up in On24 platform.

  • Support for the AMR Digital team as needed.  

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree.

  • 2+ years of Pardot/Salesforce/Engagement Studio, and HTML experience is required.

  • 2+ years of  experience with digital marketing strategies and multi-channel tactics including Paid, Web, Email, ABM, and Marketing Automation.

  • Knack for spreadsheets, data analytics, and multi-tasking.

  • Excellent organization and communication skills with a sense of ownership on everything delivered – large scale and small projects too.

  • Knowledge and confidence of the digital and advertising landscape/industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong presentation skills and solid collaborator.
