What you'll do on a typical day:

• Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing


• Manage customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives


• Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities


• Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization


• Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency and quality goals at each client engagement


• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities


• Drive and ensure a Lean culture

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 4 years of relevant experience


• Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience


• Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical


• Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company


• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills; able to be conclusive, results-oriented and strategic in thinking and approach
