Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant Senior Representative will support three leads - HR, Product & Solutions and Legal. In this role you will report to the Human Resources Lead for the Global Americas and TH&N.

We are looking for a hardworking, proactive and resourceful professional to join our Global Americas team.

Your job will to support the work of HR, Product and Legal leads by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to:


  • Provides administrative support for the leads


  • Assist in gathering information to help the status of projects. Report on the status, organizing and follow on to dos after a meeting, keeping the team information at all times on the status of assignments and projects


  • Answer employees' questions and provide requested information


  • Planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, prioritizing functions and appointments, ensuring that meetings deadlines and presenting and logistics are handled seamlessly.


  • Maintain calendars in a timely and logical manner; proactively manage coordination of work to avoid conflicts


  • schedule and coordinate calendar activities


  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information


  • Create reports and charts, PowerPoint presentations and visual representations for senior management


  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs


Requirements


  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience required, Bachelors degree preferred


  • 5+ years' administrative experience


  • Detail-oriented and organized


  • Strong communication and customer service skills


  • Demonstrated command of MS Office
