What you will need to do as our Client Services Manager
Provides effective leadership to direct reports.
Analyze reports to estimate cost of services provided and respond to customer complaints.
Light collections to clients when appropriate
Lead implantation efforts when needed using standard implementation templates
Analyzes and reports on errors
Report internally and externally on root causes and results
Conduct regular client meetings to gather strategic information
Work with clients on all data points; including forecasting and presenting data to operations for strategic planning.
Coach and develop staff on career goals
Client contract reviews ensuring client contracted needs are being met
Monitoring for out-of-scope work to ensure it is documented and appropriately invoiced
Quote and ensure new projects are properly planned and profitable.
Managed the client disposal process.
Create and maintain billing templates in OMS, PMS, and Excel.
Maintains “Super-User” status for the WMS and acts as the contact point for all questions or issues related to the WMS functionality for the site.
What you must has as our Client Services Manager
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or qualifying experience.
2-4 years of experience 3PL logistics and/or in related position.
Working knowledge of client billing practices in a supply chain environment.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in a supply chain position.
2-4 years of experience in customer service/account management
