The Associate, MAIP reports to the Program Manager - MAIP as well as the 4A's Foundation Director, and will be the direct point of contact for MAIP Fellows and interested students. Responsibilities:
As the Associate, MAIP you will act as one of the direct points of contact to the MAIP Fellow community and interested students. You will be required to support recruitment efforts and manage student engagement throughout the year. Key to success will be your ability to support all activities across the MAIP program, including outreach to students, institutions, partners and agencies as directed. In addition to these tasks you will be required to;
Provide administrative support, including, rafting general meeting notes for 4A's Foundation team
Maintain and manage the MAIP database, which includes regular checks and audits.
Support the Program Manager in tracking MAIP fellow application and agency data via the in-house tracking system - AlumniQ
Support tracking of MAIP fellow data across the following areas:
Recruitment (ambassadors, colleges and universities and interested students)
MAIP student application and selection
MAIP Virtual Spring Training content uploads and fellow completion
MAIP Coach Pairing
Orientation and Kickoff
MAIP Labs
Responsible for MAIP fellow housing and travel invoicing (Dependent on in-person program)
Participate in the planning and execution of MAIP related activities and staff and supervise partner events/info sessions as requested.
Maintain effective and proactive communication between all program/project participants to ensure all expectations are understood and executed in a timely manner
Create post-event/project evaluations and compile insights from such evaluations
Qualifications & Capabilities
At least 1+ years agency/industry experience (Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential)
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Drive
Excellent organization and administrative skills
Outstanding written and verbal communications with attention to detail
Design experience (PS, Illustrator, online design tools) preferred
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to travel and work overtime hours
MAIP Alumni preferred
Previous experience in account management, project management, recruiting or talent preferred
