Our Mission is to improve the lives of veterans and surviving spouses by obtaining the Pension with Aid and Attendance benefit and managing the home care that allows them to live independently.

Position Summary: Primary point of contact with our families in understanding their intimate household care needs, care plans, utilization of home care hours, schedules and overall quality of home care services to improve their lives allowing them to worry less, live independently at home longer. Assist with obtaining and managing the funding source from the VA which helps pay for their home care and other expenses.
