Job Description:

The Global Head of Talent Acquisition Operations will be responsible for all operational aspects of the Recruiting Function across Campus and Lateral teams firm wide. The role will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform, processes and experiences that run across the function for recruiters, candidates and managers. The team is responsible for enhancing the employee and candidate experience and supporting all end to end processes required to deliver the needs of the different business and functions the TA team services.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Day-to-day representative for Firmwide Talent Acquisition; owns the end-to-end experience for stakeholders by partnering to understand the needs and practices of all groups who interact with the aligned product
  • Deliver a complex suite of operational support services for the Talent Acquisition function within established service levels and quality measures
  • Partnering with the Head of Firmwide Talent Acquisition for the firm, serves as directly accountable lead responsible for oversight of the product's experience including servicing, technology and data
  • Defines and develops the appropriate KPIs to measure success, assess performance and evaluate effectiveness of the product or service
  • Partners across the Op Model (HR Advisory and COEs) to help ensure successful execution of initiatives, experience/KPI metrics are defined and achieved.
  • Point of joint escalation; responsible for effectively mitigating issues and conflicts and escalating to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Execute and maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes
  • Challenges the status quo; designs the strategy and articulates the vision, drives collaboration to influence senior leadership, key stakeholders and their own team
  • Responsible for maximizing the value of a specific functional area/ solution within HCM cloud, design and implementation of ongoing innovation, as well as inspection and oversight (i.e. Talent Acquisition)
  • Serves as business strategist, defining scope and desired outcomes using digital technology to enhance user experience - driving a digital-first servicing strategy
  • Key voice into the prioritization of the product backlog; Partners with the COE Leads to define business case and impact analysis for future investments.

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience leading a sizeable global function
  • Strong people management skills with proven experience in hiring, building, developing and retaining a high performing organization
  • Proven ability to lead a complex, multi-dimensional operation effectively and efficiently
  • Data-driven leader who can synthesize key insights, be employee obsessed, and execute.
  • Demonstrated success in moving forward broad business initiatives at the enterprise level
  • Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data, process and digital assets
  • Outstanding business acumen and commercial market awareness
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead at scale through constant change while keeping immediate and broader teams motivated to execute flawlessly
