Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the RN Manager of Hospital Quality and Accreditation will oversee one Infection Prevention Practitioner. The RN Manager of Hospital Quality and Accreditation will often collaborate with other hospital leadership and act as an internal consultant on regulatory matters. The RN Manager of Hospital Quality and Accreditation will oversee the hospital quality improvement and regulatory compliance program, facilitating change and managing compliance and regulatory related projects.

The RN Manager of Hospital Quality and Accreditation will promote a culture of patient-centered care by identifying best practices and working with unit leadership to create positive change at all levels of the organization. The RN Manager of Hospital Quality and Accreditation is accountable for creating patient satisfaction standards across the continuum of care and using data analytics to measure success achieving those standards.  The RN Manager of Hospital Quality and Accreditation will monitor the performance of the hospital’s Compliance Program through regular audits. The RN Manager of Hospital Quality and Accreditation is responsible for preventing illegal, improper, or unethical conduct.
