The Sr. Private Bank Relationship Advisor supports all aspects of client service for our portfolio of high net worth clients and serves as the escalation point for the most complex deposit issues, including, but not limited to: on-boarding; account maintenance including recommending modifications or additions to products or programs; money movement transactions and on-going training or education for SVB products and services. The Sr. Private Bank Relationship Advisor also acts as a team lead to guide and coach other members of their team.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in client service, preferably assisting high net-worth clients.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high touch client service in a dynamic service environment with a passion for meeting/exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrated client relationship building experience through deep and immersive client relationships.
  • Broad knowledge of financial services products (wealth, lending, deposit)
  • Experience using a customer relationship management systems (CRM) preferred, (i.e. Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with risk management and loss mitigation standards in banking/financial services sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a strong aptitude for learning.
  • Organized and detail oriented, while managing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously under moderate supervision in a high production environment.
  • Proactively and independently solve issues while exercising sound judgment.
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to articulate the Private Bank value proposition with clients and partners.
  • This is a senior level position within the individual contributor job family and requires the demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees/cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Ability to support clients during core business hours, weekends, holidays via email/phone.
  • FINRA Securities licenses SIE, Series 7, Series 66 required (within 6 months or hire date)
