As a Reservation Agent you will use your strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, persuasive sales ability and world class customer service to consult with customers and book customized hotel reservations via phone adding to the memories of an experience they will always remember.
You are responsible for being the primary point-of-contact for our guests and interdepartmental staff by answering phone calls and email inquiries, making dining reservations, and dispatching service requests. You are the central knowledge base for the property by responding to inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
