As a Reservation Agent you will use your strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, persuasive sales ability and world class customer service to consult with customers and book customized hotel reservations via phone adding to the memories of an experience they will always remember.

You are responsible for being the primary point-of-contact for our guests and interdepartmental staff by answering phone calls and email inquiries, making dining reservations, and dispatching service requests. You are the central knowledge base for the property by responding to inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.

  • Demonstrate an unyielding passion for the guest experience, culture, mission and vision by troubleshooting and resolving guest issues in a timely and mutually beneficial outcome.

  • Answer inbound calls from outside the hotel, in-house guests, and interdepartmental staff and connect to correct department or accept and dispatch requests including, but not limited to, housekeeping needs, engineering/maintenance needs, or dining reservations.

  • Memorize and provide detailed hotel information such as outlet hours of operation, general information, driving directions, room rates, room descriptions and availability, etc.

  • Collaborate with employees from Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage closely by communicating requests accurately.

  • Maintains good customer relations by keeping informed of all in-house and area functions in order to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses on the telephone.

  • Maintain a personal log of all guest requests to be reviewed by supervisors as necessary.

  • Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

  • Performs all essential duties of a Guest Service Associate when needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.


  • High School or equivalent required.

  • Call center, hospitality or sales experience preferred.

  • Data entry

  • MS Office Suite

  • Property management software experience preferred: Opera, ALICE.

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • Must be able to work on the phone and computer for long periods of time.

  • Flexible schedule, exceptional time management and attention to detail.

  • High level of interpersonal communication and a focus on customer service skills.

  • The ability to multitask.
