Coin and Clearing Networks (CCN) is a newly established product line at J.P. Morgan Chase and Co. The product line is a part of the Wholesale Payments business unit. We are a global team of product designers, technologists, and innovators, joined together by a passion for transforming the way payments are done. We are tasked with providing our clients with better cash management and payment products. The Product Designer is responsible for collaborating with client stakeholders, payments business managers, our strategists, designers and technology teams to create solutions upon our clearing and settlement infrastructures built on blockchain.
What will you do?
Design Thinking and customer centric problem solving
Develop a sharp value proposition around scalable solutions that will address problem statements for multiple clients
Define the roadmap for new offerings and enhancements to existing offerings to better solve the problems that our clients face or suit their needs
Collaborate with internal functions across Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations amongst others to adjust product priorities
Monitor competitors, competitive products, and trends to ensure we maintain a leading position in the market
Support the strategists to develop models for the market opportunity and projections of market share, growth and revenues

Professional experiences that will set you apart:
3+ years of experience working in financial services and/or enterprise fintech
Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance - be an owner. From concept to shipping
A natural collaborator who thrives in building solutions alongside your cross functional partners-you are amazing at building consensus across thorny issues; you can be personable yet persistent
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
