Manager Sales Operations - Order Management Location: Salt Lake City, UT NICE inContact is the industry leader in contact center platforms and is looking for a high-performing, self-driven Manager, Sales Operations - Order Management. This role is part of the Sales Operations team whose purpose is to enable and support an ever expanding and growing global sales organization. This is a high impact role; we are looking for someone who lives and breathes operational execution, process innovation and strong stakeholder management.
This role is critical to the sales organization achieving aggressive business growth goals. You are a player - coach and will be responsible for overseeing processes related to contracts processing, contract renewals, Salesforce data and contract data integrity. To be successful, you will need to be creative and dedicated to continually testing, measuring, learning, and evolving the order management team as you execute under tight deadlines and deliver desired results.
As a Manager Sales Operations, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:
Provide leadership to individuals on Order Management team through hiring, coaching, feedback, development goals and performance accountability
Ability to improve the efficiency by automating manual processes leveraging Salesforce and other tools.
Provide leadership, direction and expertise as the company's needs change and new processes are provided to the team.
Serve as a point of escalation for Sales or other departments in the company when contracts are stalled in the process.
Provide key metrics and reports on performance.
Manage and streamline key organizational processes and ensure they are on track and remove and obstacles.
Assist Manager, Sales Operations with developing and executing the strategy related to Order Management.
Prioritize, assign, and manage department activities and projects in accordance with the Operation department goals and objectives. Adjust hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
6+ years contract processing or related services
2+ years people management experience
Ability to manage and motivate teams
Organized with the ability to execute on assigned special projects related to operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality
Experience with building Salesforce reports and dashboards
Bonus Experience:
SaaS experience
Telecom knowledge
Knowledge of contracts and legal language
Understanding of quoting and pricing (Salesforce CPQ)
Billing experience
