The Healthcare Clinical, Simulation, and Laboratory Coordinator will report to the Associate Dean of Health and STEM . Duties include, but are not limited to organizing and preparing nursing clinical, simulation, and lab schedules, maintaining clinical/lab supplies and upkeep of our on-sight facilities, and collaborating with multiple college health programs and clinical affiliates.
Required Qualification

Demonstrated organizational leadership experience in Nursing or related Health Sciences within a post-secondary or other relevant organization.
Knowledge of clinical and laboratory postsecondary educational and health industry requirements for placement of Health Sciences students into clinical sites.
Preferred Qualification

Licenses/Certifications: Current licensure or certification in a profession within the disciplines taught by Health Sciences.
An ability to undertake management responsibilities demonstrating exemplary organizational skills. Adaptable problem-solver with a strong background in clinical and/or laboratory coordination and scheduling.
Reading, writing, calculating, social interaction skills, reasoning/analysis, ability work with minimal supervision, and high-degree of inter-personal skills.
Physical Demands

Include occasional lifting of 10 30 pounds, the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, use hands to operate a computer keyboard, telephone, and other basic office equipment, ability to work with diverse populations, and work is performed in an office and laboratory environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and use a phone, and some travel by vehicle may be required. Hiring process includes ability to pass a background check, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record.
