Remote Mortgage Loan Processor

Process mortgage loans efficiently and accurately. Create and maintain positive relationships with customers and all key business partners.

Provide quality customer service by delivering prompt and accurate information.

Process mortgage loans to meet or exceed defined standards, productivity and accuracy.

Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.

Demonstrate organizational advocacy through attributes, positive teamwork, trust and mutual respect for customers and employees.

Understand and comply with the banks BSA/AML Program.

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous customer facing experience

  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and telephone

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Demonstrated effective time management skills

  • Previous working experience in role/functions requiring high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines.

Additional Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in Mortgage/Consumer Lending

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Ability to work extended hours if needed

Hours

Monday - Friday, 8-4:30, some weekends
