Job Description:


Pinnacle Operating Services Company LLC.,is currently looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative in our Clovis, NM area. Our Customer Care Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound customer service including billing, service calls and dispatching. Operate within the policies and procedures outlined in Pinnacle Propane employee and operations manuals.

Essential Job Functions:

General CCR and office tasks at service center

* Answering phones, handling customer inquiries, order dispatching, ensuring safekeeping company funds and property, security, personnel practices, facility housekeeping, and so on.

* Posting of all sales transactions, sold at the counter or delivered by the drivers, for propane and refined fuels

* Propane Dispensing and or Refined Fuel Dispensing

* Maintain office supplies and customer equipment (purchasing)

Sales oriented activities

* Registration of other sales such as tank lease to customers, service work orders, sales of refined fuels, price protection plans

* Customer acceptation by processing set up form, credit application submission, account creation in RCC

* Keep a professional image and superior customer service

Accounting related activities

* Process monthly billing for all customers by printing and sending out invoices

* Receive and log payments from customers and apply to customer accounts

* Contact delinquent customers to secure payment

* Process credit card payments

* Maintain customer files

* Complete the daily checks and balances such as cash and inventory reconciliations

* Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management

* Be point of contact to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting

Technical skills:

* High School diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience

* 2+ years of accounting experience

* Microsoft Office & general computer skills

* English, fluent proficiency verbal and written

* Ability to abide by all DOT rules and regulations.

* Bilingual Preferred, English and Spanish

* Adhering to Principles and Values
