Telehealth Medical Assistant - Vaccine Trial

Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has exciting Full Time opportunities for Certified Medical Assistantsto work remotely in support of ending the COVID-19 pandemic. The Medical Assistants will work from home, following up with patients telephonically who have received the COVID-19 vaccine. The positions are expected to be in place for 2 to 3 months with the potential to extend.

This contract position offers:

Full-time position working remotely from home
• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm


• No weekend or overnight responsibilities


• Opportunity to be a part in efforts to end the pandemic!

Job Requirements:

• Certification in one of the following certifying bodies: The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), The Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), The National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA),The Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).


• Strong experience in documentingpatient history including symptoms, medications and reactions.


• Experience working with vaccine trials or population health a plus.


• Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.
