SUMMARY:

As the HRIS Project Manager, you will lead the multi-module SuccessFactors software landscape from an IT perspective globally and for the Americas region. You will be working closely with IT and HR members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, schedule, and costs are on track. Areas of focus within this role can include managing project plans, monitoring action items, tracking project deliverables, preparing status reports, and facilitating meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support HR vision by leading the system roadmap.

  • Lead global IT HR projects.

  • Organize fast answers to user questions and bugs based on a global ticketing system (JIRA).

  • Develop relationships with business to give visibility on resolution impacts / progress / required testing and next steps.

  • Organize and ensure HR Systems every-day run, maintenance and improvements.

  • Manage relations with global and regional HR teams.

  • Develop detailed HRIS project plans

  • Ensure global consistency in the implemented bug fix.

  • Perform business request on daily basis and train teams to make them more and more knowledgeable (reporting / export / verifications).

  • Provide Alerts on potential BLOCKER issues and propose alternatives.

  • Fix bugs or analyze bugs to get solutions implemented

  • Develop and own the solution, process, testing scenarios and approvals.


  • Review business requirements for improvement and ensure HR has been reviewing it globally

  • Define implementation strategy, team, planning, delivery

  • Ensure global consistency of solution implemented

  • Report status / progress / needs to IT management


  • Prepare project scope / estimate and build partnership with HR teams to build business case & ROI

  • Prepare projects based on business requirements: search solutions / recommend solutions / estimate workload / propose implementation strategies, partners, and cost.

  • Manage business communication, steering committee and prepare key decision making

  • Organize a recurrent status meeting with business to review priorities on maintenance, enhancements, and projects.

  • Manage SAP / SuccessFactors vendor relations to ensure system stability.

  • Follow-up and organize 'Must-Do' activities linked to vendor pushed changes.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 10+ years' experience in HR systems landscape application management (run, improve, roll out and extend)

  • 5+ years' experience of SuccessFactors.

  • Expertise in SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Performance management, Compensation management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Workforce Analytics and Succession plan

  • Experience framing a HR IT landscape for multiple regions around SuccessFactors to ensure best service for HR Teams and employees

  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with of HR solutions for regional Payroll, Training management, Employee Expenses, Business Intelligence, interface management, Onboarding ...

  • History of developing and managing an IT / Business relationship.

  • Strong communication and project management skills.

  • Previously lead start-to-end HR projects applying strict methodology (scope / evaluate / design / develop / UAT / migrate date / Integration test / cut over / training / go live / hyper care)

  • Strong Customer Service skills, focusing on making the business functions around you successful

  • Previous experience working in an international context with IT colleges, HR key users and End users all over the globe.
