This includes direct accountability for the safe, on-time, and on-budget construction and commissioning of new plants, and the safety, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and operational performance of the growing portfolio of Air Liquide's Biogas upgrading plants in the Americas. Responsibilities will also include the management of personnel, company assets (eg., plants), resources, and HSES and will involve the training, coaching and motivation of employees while achieving company objectives.</span></p>\n<p><span>This role is responsible for ensuring that new plants are constructed to high standards of quality and performance, and in the expected timeline and budget, and shares financial responsibilities for the Biogas Americas OTF business with the Energy and Business Director BgSA.
