What you will do

This is a remote position, work from home in the greater Chicago or Milwaukee area.

Do you have experience with air filters or HVAC?


  Are you looking for a challenging role where you will work with direct end users, through distribution and in multiple channels?

In this role you will be responsible for management of existing account base, while actively soliciting new business opportunities as well as prospect for and acquire new business.

How you will do it


  • Establish rapport and develop solid relationships with key customer contacts.

  • Present training sessions to educate customers and prospective customers about Koch filter products.

  • Conduct surveys of filters applications in the field to make appropriate recommendations for improvements

  • Prospect for and acquire new business in all Koch customer markets

  • Establish rapport and develop solid relationships with key customer contacts.

  • Present training sessions to educate customers and prospective customers about Koch filter products.

  • Conduct surveys of filters applications in the field to make appropriate recommendations for improvements

  • Meet and exceed sales, price, and margin targets.

  • Maintain weekly sales and expense reports.

  • Provide management direction and support to local account managers, customer service representatives, and order entry personnel within each region.

What we look for

Required


  • Successful candidates should have 2-3 years sales experience in the air filter industry.

  • Three to five years of successful outside sales and presentation experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Management, Engineering or Marketing from an accredited four-year College or University is required or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.

  • Applicants must reside in/near the Chicago or Milwaukee markets or must be willing to relocate without company assistance.

Preferred


  • Exposure to HVAC and paint overspray markets

  • College degree preferred.
