We are looking for an MBA Intern to support Everbridge's Strategic Finance and Corporate Development teams by working on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects and driving process improvement changes for recent acquisitions. This is a hands-on role, where we expect you to voice your ideas and provide practical feedback.What you'll do: * Helping to develop and manage long-term M&A financial models. * Support integration activities including due diligence, managing third-party intermediaries, financial analysis, and post-merger integration such as identifying synergies between Everbridge and target companies. * Ensure project milestones and targets are met by actively managing project on a day-to-day basis through appropriate resource, issue, and risk management.* Assist in collecting lessons learned and utilizing these lessons learned for process improvement ideas.* Creating board and executive reporting in PowerPoint and ExcelWhat you'll bring:* Currently enrolled in an MBA or Business focused graduate program.* 2+ years of work experience within corporate finance, corporate development, or consulting. Experience in SaaS business a plus.* Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills.* Experience managing independent workstreams and proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Skilled teammate who can work cross-functionally to deliver sustained results.* Effective communication skills with technical team members as well as functions across the business - able to distill complex ideas into straightforward language.* Desire to learn about businesses and potential product market fits for acquisitions.Bridger Culture:
