Overview

As a member of our strategic projects team, you will work with program management and business stakeholders to understand and help identify business requirements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations that lead to the delivery of successful solutions. We're looking for individuals with strong business and technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a matrixed team environment.

Responsibilities


    Collaborate with stakeholders. Lead and contribute to key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training. Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and define business requirements.

  • Solve problems. Create user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our customers. Identify and define user stories to support the development of solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and AppExchange products or other cloud/enterprise-based technologies.


  • Be an expert. Leverage your expertise as you partner with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet business requirements. Collaborate with team members to design a solution that will meet our customers' business requirements.

Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience as a business analyst developing business requirements and associated artifacts

  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce CRM to develop client or business solutions

  • Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities, and planning and independently executing tasks in a structured manner

  • Strong presentation and written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style based on audience

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio or Lucid Charts

  • Bachelor's in business, computer science, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications


  • Certified business analyst or other business analyst or project management certification

  • Prior sales and/or marketing experience, preferably supporting a global enterprise sales organization through process and application improvements

  • Salesforce certification (admin or consultant series)

  • Experience implementing Salesforce through the full software development lifecycle

  • Complex problem-solving experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements to document user stories and create process flow diagrams

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
