LMI is seeking a SAP Test and Evaluation Consultant (Lead) to support a large ARMY ERP program office. The selected candidate will work on-site (Monday-Friday) at client organization located in Fort Lee, VA. Consultant must be capable of working in a dynamic PMO organization in a fast paced, multi-tasking, environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limitted to:

Create software testing plans, assess defects and recommend test coverage improvements
• Support PMO SAP functional architect leads with tests, test scripts, test documentation, evaluations, and execution


• Provide guidance on test schedules for planned software releases


• Manage test execution toolset (HP Application Lifecycle Management) to provide test environments and system administration support


• Execute labbased Government software qualification tests


• Possess excellent written and oral communications skills and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Required education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's Degree preferred - demonstrated experience can substitute for education.

Required experience:

• 20+ years of experience in SAP and ERP implementation


• 5+ years of software testing experience


• Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to multitask


• Experience and familiarity with Army systems or similar DoD efforts is a plus


• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively to all levels of leadership in both written and verbal formats.


• Must be team oriented and be able to work collaboratively across programs and teams to accomplish all mission requirements.


• Active Secret clearance required.
