Responsibilities

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Daily interaction directly with the customer as an intrinsic part of the Customer Solutions team elevating the customer engagement process towards a one call resolution.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Ensure accuracy of orders and pricing within the order entry process.
* Confident in suggestive selling and product substitution.
* Interfaces with other departments in the resolution of logistic and product issues to develop & maintain a "Best in the industry" level of service for the customer
* Meets regularly with Account Managers to review status of entered trade plans and review upcoming plans.
* Facilitates and delivers on customers request for documentation of product specifications
* Highly motivated, expresses a positive, can do attitude over the phone in dealing with the customers and fellow team members

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

* Some College preferred but will accept a High School Diploma or GED
* Prior experience interfacing with sales and production preferred
* Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to quickly learn and work with new computer programs
* Ability to learn product application and substitution
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and with individuals from multiple disciplines and with varying levels of experience
* Ability to function at a high level within a team environment
* Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) preferred.
