Responsibilities:

 

·        Interview customers and stakeholders to determine requirements and create business, functional and technical specifications

·        Analyze and organize gathered information to understand, communicate and help implement requirements

·        Provide coordination between customers, business stakeholders, experience design and the technology team before, during and after projects

·        Facilitate a consistent and organized flow of information during projects

·        Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

·        Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing business, functional and technical specifications

·        Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved processes

·        Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements

·        Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

·        Validate resource requirements and support developing development effort and cost models

·        Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group

·        Be involved in supporting Experience Design process and Customer Experience integration into product development

·        Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making

·        Plan and coordinate the development of market research and customer engagement in support of strategic product and business process initiatives

·        Perform reviews and analyses of product platforms using operational metrics and reports

·        Understand and communicate the impacts of proposed product and technology changes

·        Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

·        Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

·        Facilitate day-to-day coordination while adhering to standards and stakeholder expectations

·        Collaborate with and guide designers, developers, QA testers and other stakeholders to deliver quality products on time and on budget

·        Schedule and conduct Stakeholder & Team Scrum/Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, stand-ups, prioritization, planning, retrospectives, reporting)

 

Requirements:

 

·        Strong background in technology space and prior hands-on technical background. Prior developer is preferred.

·        Strong background and recent experience with Salesforce.com. Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred.

·        Experience supporting, implementing, and integrating with Marketing Technology solutions

·        Background working with management, product owners and executive stakeholders

·        Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must; negotiating skills are an essential skill

·        Understanding of technical specifications and must be able to communicate in “business” and “technical” to bridge the gap

·        Detail oriented, inquisitive, and strong analytical skills

·        Ability to work independently and with others

·        Extremely organized with strong time-management and project management skills

·        Ability to convey requirements via use cases, workflows, prototypes, and/or user interface mockups

 

Nice to Have:

·        Team leadership/supervisory experience

·        Experience with Marketing Technology, Management Systems and Marketing ecosystems is preferred

·        Experience with Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and software is a bonus)

·        Experience supporting, implementing, or integrating with Financial Systems is a bonus

·        Experienced project management background (PMP Certification a bonus)

·        Experienced in Agile (SCRUM) processes (CSM / ACSM Certification a bonus)

·        Knowledge of Agile Product Owner processes (PMO / APMO Certification a bonus)

·        Knowledge of and experience with WordPress is a bonus
