Verint Administrator - Senior Analyst - Work from home - Express Scripts at Cigna

Job Description:

Position Summary

The Verint Administrator role is primarily responsible for maintaining the Verint Platform to best support the needs of its customers and the business.  The Verint platform provides a single, standardized framework for managing call recording, end user administration and tracking individual and team performance across the organization.

Responsibilities


  • Manage the creation/updating of user profiles in Verint.

  • Root cause and resolve call recording / screen capture issues.

  • Develop and maintain access for evaluation forms used by the business.

  • Create, deploy and help maintain SSRS ad hoc reporting.

  • Process Desktop Process Analytics (DPA) requests and updates, including timed screen recording, various application triggers, step processes, etc.

  • Develop, test and maintain Verint Speech Analytics categories.  Extract meaningful data concerning calling trends via Speech transcription language.

  • Exporting and scrubbing Verint recorded calls for client reviews, escalations and potential legal issues.

  • Occasionally perform overnight system checkouts to validate new patches and updates to ensure system stability / functionality.

  • Collaborate with Workforce Optimization Team (WFO) concerning technology implementations, efforts and potential system upgrades.

  • Leverage expertise to demonstrate product value relevant key areas of the Verint platform. 

Qualifications / Skills


  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously within a fast-paced technically focused environment.

  • Experience with MS Office, such as Word / Excel.  MS Access, SQL Server is highly desired.

  • Comfortable communicating any potential concerns or risks at all levels of the organization.

  • Reliably operate with a sense of urgency and purpose.

  • Consistently maintain a positive, helpful, engaged attitude with ends users, fellow colleagues, business partners and customers.

  • Identify trends /issues and develop solutions to solve for them. Drive people and processes toward a patient-focused culture.


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to research, problem solve, trouble shoot, and partner across the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to support multi-functional tasks with guidance.

  • Demonstrates presentation skills to prepare, deliver, and ensure understanding of data set information.

  • Strong relationship building skills with face-to-face or telephonic interaction.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
