The Treasury Management Inside Consultant generates new business and develops additional business via phone or virtual contact with microbusiness prospects and clients (under $2 million in sales), The Treasury Management Inside Consultant is also responsible for initiating contact with referred businesses, qualifying and distributing leads, setting up micro accounts, assisting with client retention, as well as referring clients to other lines of business as appropriate.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience required


• Inside sales and phone experience preferred


• Experience in Treasury Management/Cash Management preferred


• Well-developed consultative selling skills with the ability to close the sale


• Excellent communication and time management skills


• Ability to self-manage schedule, workload, priorities, and partnerships


• Previous phone sales or inside sales experience preferred
