As a Maintenance Technician I (3rd shift), you'll provide multi-craft (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) support to assigned packaging line team including operating, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs needed to deliver world class results in the key areas of Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Cost and Teamwork. This is a full-time position on 3rd shift (Monday-Friday from 11:15pm-7:30am) focusing on physical maintenance repair.

Responsibilities:
•Participates in developing and assisting in communicating short-range and medium-range maintenance plans for their packaging lines. •Coordinate with Maintenance Lead to lead the Maintenance repair on assigned lines. •Monitor equipment uptime and maintenance response time and initiate improvement plans when necessary. •Support Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities on their lines. •Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to internal customers.

Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a team-based manufacturing environment; on high speed packaging equipment preferred. •Associates and/or Bachelor's degree in the mechanical and/or electrical disciplines preferred. •Must be knowledgeable of preventative maintenance techniques and have the ability to develop and work PM crew to improve preventive maintenance programs from vendor manuals. •Strong mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, or reliability maintenance background is desired Welding and Machining is a plus.
