The Associate Brand Manager provides creative, administrative and logistical support to the Marketing Director, Marketing Communications Manager and Product Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions

Sales Support:

• Acts as main point of contact for Marketing Team
• Provides sales support to multiple sales teams, including coordinating sales collateral, samples and demo stock as needed
• Coordinate Monthly Sales Advisory Board Meetings, report out and follow up

• Provide support for Digital Marketing efforts including: SEO, PPC, social media and web presence in coordination with the Marketing Communication Manager
• Make minor changes to creative materials in-house
• Support Marcom and and product managers in tactical execution of marketing campaigns
• Coordinate and schedule market development meetings, promotions, local adaptation of collaterals and lead generating activities
• Manage new product launch commercial activities

• Generate, maintain and publish monthly performance reports including: marketing dashboard, new product dashboards, lead generation performance and promotional performance

• Own maintenance of category product portfolio with rationalization and sku mangement. Monitor performance, recommend discontinuation, manage clean up inventory with channel, transition customers to newer technologies, removal of skus

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (Business or Marketing preferred)

• Prior Marketing or Coordinator experience preferred

• Computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet and Email applications; Project Management Software a plus.
• Adobe Creative Suite (minor graphics work)
• Digital marketing, SEO, PPC, web and social media expertise
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Project Management
