Job Description:

SUMMARY:


Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships and coordinating closely with all administration, clinical faculty and staff the Student Experience Manager, Clinical will support Campus Administration to ensure quality clinical experience preparedness and academic quality that result in high partnership participation, clinical and student satisfaction.  Maintains accurate information database, including client contact information and specific contractual agreements within the clinical scheduling software program.  Supports coordination between campuses and clinical partners, leveraging staff for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Performs quality assurance assessments, appropriate documentation and supports overall clinical experience quality education. Assesses and evaluates clinical sites to ensure that clinical objectives are met. Supports clinical team to administer, collect, synthesis and make recommendation based on feedback from clinical sites.  Supports clinical activities such as: Nurses Week, RT week, ST week, etc. and community focused initiatives involving external partnerships. Establishes benchmark and goals for 'net promoter score', clinical partner and student satisfaction; overall coordination of clinical student surveys that support student persistence, retention, satisfaction strategies, and graduation rates. Provides direct assistance to clinical academic departments to ensure quality in all clinical functions.  Works to constantly improve student experience by ensuring quality clinical orientation, managing expectations, providing feedback, and modeling responsiveness to staff and student body.  Works with campus leadership to accomplish campus-wide student satisfaction and 'net promoter score' goals.  Maintains current knowledge in the field of healthcare education


KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:


Broadly knowledgeable about professional discipline and related disciplines. Experienced in administering projects and programs preferred. Generally 3-5 years of relevant experience required. 


A minimum of 2 – 3 years previous experience working in healthcare or clinical sites, placing students, and coordinating related documents preferred.


Knowledgeable of medical community and established relationships with professional memberships.


EDUCATION:


Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience 


LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:


Current Driver’s License.
