The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), minimum of six years related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


Must possess the ability to read analyze, and interpret documents such as construction drawings, safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions as well as procedure manuals. Must have basic mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or other forms.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)



  • Constructing and setting forms for concrete building foundations

  • Operates miscellaneous equipment such as concrete trowels and power tools such as circular saws, drills, concrete vibrator and chipping hammers, etc..

  • Wrecks concrete forms.

  • Places and finishes concrete in walls and flatwork.

  • Sets and aligns anchor bolts.

  • Ties reinforcing steel (rebar).

  • Preforms work in accordance with industry and company standards.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, reach, and talk or hear. They are regularly required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision.


While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The team member is occasionally exposed to high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration. The noise level is generally moderate to loud. Overtime may be required.
