Our Hillsboro Team is growing! This pivotal position is responsible for supporting EHS standards through analysis, reporting and training. The role requires an individual who is highly detailed, collaborative and client facing. This position is remote right now but will eventually require the candidate to be located at our client site in Hillsboro, OR. This is an IMMEDIATE need with active interviews currently taking place.  Must have the authority to work in the U.S without the need of sponsorship now or in the future please.

How will you contribute to the team?


  • Maintain tracking system for all EHS required deliverables and indicators.

  • Roll up and analyze indicator data monthly.

  • Ensure hours and incidents for all trades are added to the incident management database.

  • Schedule and attend all incident reviews and take minutes/complete incident investigation forms; add information from incident form to data tracker and follow-up with action items until closure. 

  • Enter all incident/injuries into the incident management database –

  • Support monthly PPT slides, based on standing agenda topics (including data trending and analysis)

  • Coordinate applicable trainings and meetings as required

  • Provide awareness or other trainings as required (e.g., OSHA 10, F5, Scaffolding, etc)

  • Coordinate recognition events when project milestones are attained during construction safety week.

  • Take and distribute meeting minutes for the GC/Sub EHS Leads meeting

  • Provide monthly project indicators to program managers

  • Ensure project recycling data is provided to environmental team

  • Order and manage Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for the site.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees

  • Provide a variety of administrative request from Project Managers and EHS Managers.

  • Create purchase orders as needed

What will you contribute?


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related field experience

  • Four years relevant experience in administrative support

  • Previous experience in environmental, health, and safety program preferred

  • Excellent utilization of Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated skills in excellent written and interpersonal communications

  • Self-starter and innovative ,able to utilize on-line resources

  • Detail orientated / Organized

  • Proficient with excel and PowerPoint

  • Teams/SharePoint Experience

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Comfortable with constant change
