Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Will effectively manage employee performance, control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations


• Assist with employee/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical/mechanical trouble-shooting/problem solving


• Monitor technicians and installer's schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs and accurate customer invoicing


• Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans


• Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Management experience in a fast-paced service focused organization


• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude


• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
