CIB Wholesale Payment Technology - Trust, Safety and Compliance - Program Manager

WPT Trust, Safety and Compliance, which brings together the Sanctions, Fraud Screening, Regulatory Reporting and Authentication teams, is currently in need of a Program Manager to partner with the team leads to design and implement the Wholesale Payment Trust, Safety and Compliance platform, with an initial focus on unifying the onboarding and integration process and continuing with identifying common themes, components and workflow to simplify and synergize across the organization.

Skills and Experience


  • 3-5 Years in Financial Services particularly in the Fraud, Sanctions or Regulatory space
  • 5+ Years as a Technology Program Manager
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Operations and Technology to deliver effective solutions, on time, within scope and on budget
  • Build out a proper governance model to support the roadmap.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence.
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to remain calm under intense pressure.
  • Ability to understand a diverse and complex technology and operations infrastructure
  • Good understanding of the latest development tools, frameworks, architecture and integration patterns
  • Strong understanding of different technological development toolsets, frameworks, architecture and integration patterns and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience with working with AWS is a plus
  • Experience as an architect or development manager is a plus
