As a Private Capital Markets Analyst, you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business. You will work with expert professionals at the heart of a leading global investment bank. The Private Capital Markets team assists some of the fastest growing private companies with structuring and executing on capital raises at a highly strategic point in the company's lifecycle. In addition to your work with private companies, you will also help structure and execute private investments in public equities (PIPEs). As an Analyst on the team, you will work directly with issuer clients and be part of the team that provides strategic guidance to companies on designing the approach to investors , articulating the equity story, target investors, and overall process execution. You will also develop relationships with key buyside institutions including venture capital, growth equity, mutual funds, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds and pensions that are frequent participants in J.P. Morgan's private placements. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.

• A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution.

• An execution oriented mindset and understanding of transaction cycles.

• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and investors.

• The ability to work independently, be proactive and highly motivated to succeed.
