Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Act as a primary company contact for PG&E ensuring single point interface and complete customer satisfaction.



  • Responsible for managing the obligations and contractual requirements of the company, PG&E and carriers.



  • Support the developmentof sales strategies to maximize opportunities with the portfolio.



  • Develop and implement strategies to expedite collocation of carriers on the PG&E portfolio.



  • Prepare presentations as needed for company, PG&E and carriers.



  • Coordinate internal resources to support various business obligations and requirements on the PG&E portfolio.



  • Forecast and track all sales pipeline opportunities and results.



  • Ensure the successful completion of obligations, project deliverables and contract compliance.



  • Work directly with company departments, PG&E and carriers to gain approvals for applications, ground leases, tenant licenses, site plans, construction drawings, easements, NTPs and all documents necessary for existing customers and new customers on all collocation projects.



  • Work with PG&E to educate and train company and carrier field personnel on the company contract and PG&E requirements to ensure implementation projects by collocating carriers are in full compliance.



  • Review all collocation inquires for feasibility to gain all required PG&E approvals necessary to move forward.



  • Work as a liaison between PG&E, carriers and other company teams on all collocation projects.



  • Work with company, carriers and carrier-approved contractors to communicate PG&E safety requirements.



  • Track and report project/account status outlining KPIs and project performance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.



  • 5+ years’ experience in one or all of the following - wireless telecommunications’ site development, public utility wireless development, public utility real estate, project management and ROW management.



  • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including


Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.



Language Skills:


  • Ability to provide clear, concise and professional communication to employees at all levels across the organization.


  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to tailor content to the level and experience of the audience.



  • Ability to use multiple channels or means to communicate important messages (i.e. memos, meetings, electronic mail).

  • Attention to detail. Ability to develop accurate written materials.




Mathematical Skills:



  • Ability to utilize mathematical formulas: to add, subtract, multiply and divide and to calculate decimals and %.

  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
